Mountain biking above Pasadena, California (video)

The following video was shot at a super-secret hiking trail high above Pasadena and/or Altadena outside Los Angeles (in the San Gabriel Mountains/Angeles National Forest). The Sierra Club has sworn me to secrecy, but if you head up Lake Avenue until it ends you can find it. Simply follow the long line of hikers heading up the hill to the place where the old railway is. And, when coming down, make sure and watch out for those very same hikers, of which there are many. There are plenty of blind turns and much of the trail has the hill on one side and a drop-off on the other, so in order to avoid problems go slow and make sure to be extra careful.

There are several switchbacks on this trail. At various times I've done all except the first one coming down from the top (because it's too rocky and has a dropoff) and the one that has wooden steps (because I'm a "bit" heavier than a trials rider).
